Flooring Technician

Trillium Construction is seeking a Flooring Tech for a project near Albertville, MN who is experienced with LLVT glue down, carpet stretching, gluing down carpet, and tiling, in 70’ x 20’ modular units, following blueprints & customer specifications. 

Key Responsibilities
-Follows directing of Crew Leader and guidance of more experienced crew members, mentor that align with work process and production activities.
-Perform assigned work according to methods coaching and guidance asking for assistance or guidance with unfamiliar tasks.
-Coordinate work activities with other production construction crew member and crew leads.
-Evaluate projects to determine compliance with technical specifications.
-Inspect equipment or tools to be used in construction and monitor and ensure proper safety protocols are in place and being followed.

Pay: Up to $35
Schedule: 4p to 2a, Mon - Thursday, occasional Fridays, 40h / week
- OT opportunities may become available down the line.

Qualifications
-Pre-employment screenings
-3+ years of experience in a production or construction environment.
-3+ years of experience installing the flooring listed above. 
-Valid driver’s license
-Reliable transportation
