Production Worker

Trillium Professional is now seeking Production Workers in Pomona!

The Assembler I works under the supervision of the Production Supervisor to clean, assemble, and detail parts and machines using physical strength and various hand and power tools. This position plays a key role in preparing parts and assemblies to meet quality and production standards.

Essential Job Duties
-Clean and detail parts and components using a variety of hand and power tools.
-Follow mechanical blueprints and instructions to perform detailing work accurately.
-Report any issues or defects to the Lead or Production Supervisor.
-Follow specific directions for part detailing and finishing.
-Scan jobs into the Made2Manage (M2M) and traveler systems.
-Comply with all safety procedures when handling machinery and tools.
-Identify and distinguish parts to ensure proper assembly and detailing.
-Meet all assigned deadlines and production schedules.

Additional Responsibilities
-Transport parts and components between departments as indicated on job travelers.
-Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision or management.

Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-Mechanical aptitude or experience – preferred.
-Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
-Proficient in using power tools (e.g., grinders, sanders, buffers).
-Knowledge of basic safety procedures and ability to follow them consistently.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
