Tube Laser Operator

We’re seeking a skilled Tube Laser Operator to join a leading metal fabrication facility in Hilliard, OH.

Pay rate is $25.75+/hour (based on experience). Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Fridays off! OT typically available and optional.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating tube laser machinery, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate tube laser cutting equipment to produce parts per job specifications.
- Pick and stage feedstock for orders.
- Break down bulk bundles and package material per customer requirements.
- Safely operate a sit-down or side-loader forklift to move materials.
- Complete necessary production and shipping/receiving documentation using computer systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support production goals by ensuring high accuracy and quality of finished goods.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating laser cutting or similar equipment preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete a skills-based assessment (reading, math, inspection, and measurement).
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
- Basic math and computer skills required.
- Physically able to meet vision, hearing, and mobility requirements and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to participate in structured training and apprenticeship programs upon hire.
