Precision Grinder

Do you have experience running Grinders on precision parts?  We have the opportunity for you!  Our client, a very clean and well-maintained manufacturer in Green Bay, is looking to add a machinist in their grinding area on first shift.  

The Precision Grinder will be setting up a variety of grinding machines, machining parts from blueprints.  This will include selecting the appropriate fixturing and tooling for each job.  Performing quality checks using hands tools will also be involved, along with moving parts using overhead cranes.

The Precision Grinder is a permanent, contract to hire opportunity on first shift. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.  Wages are based on experience, between $20-$30/hour.

-At least three years of experience operating grinding machines within a job shop environment.
-Proficiency with blueprint reading.
-Prior experience operating forklifts and overhead crane ideal.
-Strong mathematical aptitude.
