Warehouse Manager
Warehouse Manager position available in the Milford, Michigan area.
This is a direct hire opportunity with a pay range of $25.00 to $27.50 an hour. The Warehouse Manager position is a 1st shift opportunity with a schedule of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. OT available but not mandatory. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
Warehouse Manager Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and coordinate a small team of 2–3 warehouse employees
-Manage all shipping and receiving paperwork accurately and efficiently
-Load and unload trucks safely and effectively
-Maintain organization of warehouse inventory and materials
-Operate forklifts, hi-los, order pickers, and reach trucks
-Comfortably get on and off a hi-lo multiple times per day as part of daily operations
-Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and production operations

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of experience required
-Prefer 10-15 years of experience
-Proven warehouse or logistics management experience
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Hands-on experience with forklifts, hi-los, and related equipment
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
