Customer Service Representative
Awesome opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing contact center in Polaris area!
This contact center focuses on assisting consumers with understanding and navigating their medical billing. Customer Service Reps will handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers to answer questions about balances, provide resources and direction and support consumers in general. This is NOT a collection position!
Pay rate will be $17-$20/hr. Schedule is 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri. This is a contract to hire position - this company wants you to be a permanent employee!!

To be successful in this role, Customer Service Representatives will have:
-Stellar customer service and communication
-Strong computer skills
-Previous experience in customer service on the phones
-Any exposure to medical billing or terminology in general is a plus but not required
-HS Diploma or GED
