Construction Project Manager
Trillium Construction is hiring for a Project Manager in Mukwonago, WI to work with a local general contractor that specializes in ground-up commercial construction throughout the country.
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Duties:
-Lead all phases of commercial construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
-Develop and manage project schedules, cost reports, and progress tracking.
-Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives and quality standards are met.
-Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
-Conduct regular job site visits, progress meetings, and safety audits.
-Manage project financials, including billing, cost tracking, and forecasting.
-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
-Drive project closeout including punch lists, warranty documentation, and client turnover.
-Prepare detailed cost estimates, take-offs, and bid proposals for new opportunities.
-Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids.
-Develop and maintain project budgets and value engineering options.
-Assist in preconstruction planning, project buyout, and scope definition.
-Support business development and estimating teams by providing historical cost data and constructability input.
Compensation:
-Annual salary between $100,000 - $120,000, or potentially higher depending on experience

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or related field preferred.
-5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with at least 2 years of estimating experience
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite
-Strong understanding of construction means and methods, contracts, and budgeting principles
-Ability to travel to job sites when needed
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
