Construction Superintendent - Per Diem Offered
Trillium Construction is hiring for a Traveling Construction Superintendent in Mukwonago, WI to work with a general contractor that specializes in ground-up commercial construction throughout the country.
The individual in this position is responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and supervision of all field operations on commercial construction projects.
Duties:
-Lead all on-site construction activities and manage daily field operations.
-Develop and maintain the construction schedule, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
-Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
-Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations, conducting daily and weekly safety meetings.
-Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
-Conduct and document daily job reports, progress photos, and field logs.
-Collaborate with the Project Manager to track costs, material deliveries, change orders, and project documentation.
-Participate in weekly project meetings, providing updates on schedule, manpower, and jobsite conditions.
-Anticipate and proactively resolve field issues or conflicts to minimize delays.
-Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
Compensation:
-Annual salary between $80k - $120k
-Per diem
-M/V/D insurance
-Quarterly bonuses
-6 paid holidays

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in commercial construction, with a strong background in carpentry.
-Proven ability to lead and manage field teams on projects
-Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, codes, and means/methods.
-OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain.
-Proficient with MS Office Suite
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schedules.
-Ability to travel nationally
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
