Trillium is seeking a Corporate Customer Quality Program Manager in Burlington!

This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a Corporate Customer Quality Program Manager to lead its enterprise-wide customer quality strategy, driving product safety, satisfaction, and reduced RMAs across multiple sites. This high-impact, full-time role will split time 50/50 between the Burlington, WA and Fort Mill, SC facilities, with a preference for the candidate to start in Washington and transition to South Carolina within 6–12 months. The company is flexible on timing, as this individual will play a pivotal role in customer interaction and must bring an executive presence to represent the company with key clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities also include leading the development of the Customer Experience & Quality (SCE&Q) program, standardizing best practices across sites, and collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to elevate customer satisfaction and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead enterprise-wide customer quality strategy and drive product safety and satisfaction
-Develop and standardize the Customer Experience & Quality (SCE&Q) program across multiple sites
-Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to improve customer satisfaction and product reliability
-Represent the company with executive presence in key customer interactions and stakeholder engagements
-Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects to reduce RMAs and improve quality

Schedule is split time 50/50 between Burlington, WA and Fort Mill, SC, with flexible timing for transition. Annual salary is $110,000 – $125,000 DOE.

-Engineering background (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience)
-Proven change agent with strong leadership and customer-facing experience
-Hands-on, “boots-on-the-floor” personality engaged in operations and customer quality processes
-Minimum 7 years in quality or customer service roles, with 5 years in quality management or engineering
-Minimum 3 years managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
-Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Internal Auditor
-Experience with field failures, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions
-Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills with ability to influence across departments and sites
-Experience in solar/PV manufacturing preferred
-Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred: Lean Master or Expert also acceptable
