Daily Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong working relationships and communication with customers and internal teams to confirm production and shipping schedules, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound calls and emails.
• Develop new business by researching potential accounts, building rapport, and preparing accurate quotations.
• Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional responses.
• Support the sales and customer service departments with special projects and administrative duties as needed.
• Perform other related tasks to support team and company objectives.

Work is full time, 40-45 hours per week. Pay rate is $22.00 – $27.00 per hour.

Required Skills:
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Coordination within a B2B environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
