Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Drafter for direct-hire in Howe, IN!

We are an established manufacturer with four production facilities and a global presence in 19 countries across four continents. We are seeking a Drafter to join our engineering team and support ongoing design and development initiatives.

The Drafter will be responsible for performing CAD design and development activities in support of the Engineering Department. This is a full-time position offering competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Engineering Manager to prepare detailed working drawings for production units.
• Interpret design information and create accurate and up-to-date technical prints.
• Perform complex CAD-related design tasks independently.
• Follow established policies, standards, and procedures for all engineering and technical work.
• Perform additional related duties as required.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
• Experience with 3D modeling; SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
