Accounts Receivable Specialist

Daily Responsibilities:
 Manage and maintain accounts receivable records for accuracy and completeness.
• Process incoming payments and ensure timely posting to customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment arrangements.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and collection activities.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Utilize accounting software to track payments and generate invoices.

Schedule is 1st shift. Pay rate is $20-$23 per hour.

Required Skills:
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with accounting software and general financial systems.
• Effective negotiation skills when addressing payment matters with customers.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong communication abilities.
