Sheet Metal Installer - Per Diem Offered

We are hiring experienced Insulated Sheet Metal Paneling Installers for a prevailing wage project in Raeford, NC.

This short-term assignment involves installing insulated metal panels. Candidates must be skilled in panel layout, cutting, fastening, and sealing, with a strong understanding of safety and precision.

The project is expected to last for a minimum of 3 Weeks. Schedule is 48 Hours a week, M-F. Pay rate is $32.94/hour plus OT (Prevailing Wage) plus Per Diem: $500/week.

Job Duties:
-Install insulated sheet metal panels on wall structures
-Measure, cut, and fit panels according to specifications
-Use hand and power tools to fasten panels securely
-Apply sealants, closures, and insulation materials as needed
-Work safely at heights and on scaffolding or lifts
-Collaborate with team members and follow foreman’s instructions
-Maintain a clean and organized job site

-Minimum 2 years of experience with insulated metal panel systems
-Ability to read blueprints and layout plans
-Familiarity with tools such as shears, drills, impact drivers, sealant guns, and tape measures
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
