Junior Buyer
Now hiring a Junior Buyer for direct-hire in Grand Prairie, TX!
Established manufacturing company is seeking a Junior Buyer for an immediate Direct Hire opening!
Responsibilities:
• Place purchase orders, obtain quotes, and follow up on past due PO’s.
• Expedite and postpone PO’s as necessary to meet production timing.
• Review the urgent part list and provide current status for missing material.
• Ensure on time delivery, quality, cost containment, and resolution of invoice discrepancies.
• Support strategic purchasing initiatives, cost savings, and supplier scorecard activities.
Annual salary will be $55-65,000 depending on experience.

This position will be working in-office from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Experience:
• 2-3 years of purchasing experience within the manufacturing industry
• Experience with ERP systems and Kanban knowledge
• Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and general PC knowledge.
