Industrial Sales Manager
Trillium has an immediate opening for an Industrial Sales Manager in central Ohio!

If you love sales and building a new book of business, then this Direct-Hire opportunity could be just what you seek! This internationally renowned company is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager with a “Hunter Mentality”! This role would oversee a territory focusing on Columbus and central Ohio, extending North to Marion County and East as far as Holmes and Guernsey Counties.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Position reports directly to the Branch Manager
- Meet and exceed your Branch Manager’s expectations
- The majority of the work requirements will either be remote or involve local sales travel within the territory
- Periodic meetings at the Columbus branch office
Compensation:
- $65-70,000 base salary + commission + bonus
- Average annual commission is $30,000
- Guaranteed commission of $2,000 per month for the first 3-6 months
- Quarterly bonus potential of $2,500 plus additional bonus opportunities throughout the year
- Total annual compensation averages $105-110,000

Qualifications:
- Experience with territory management in a prospecting-focused position
- Experience within industrial, mechanical, or capital equipment industries is a plus but not required
- Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
