Production Workers needed at Corrugated Box Manufacturing Co. in Detroit, MI to start ASAP!

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity! Hire in after 90 days! Pay rate is $15/hour plus OT, as needed, after shift and weekends. There is a pay bump at hire-on, based on performance. Schedule is 1st shift is Monday-Thursday, 4:30AM-3:00PM.

About the Role:
Corrugated box manufacturing and distribution facility is seeking entry-level Production Workers to join their team! This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn and grow. No prior experience is required - required self-motivation, attention to detail, willingness to grow with company (long-term) and ability to work in teams to accomplish goals! Will train!

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the manufacturing and packaging of corrugated boxes.
- Operate basic production equipment (feeders) and follow safety guidelines.
- Measure using a tape measure.
- Stack corrugated materials for staging and shipment.
- Banding of palletized corrugated material.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Use interpersonal skills to work with teammates and take direction from supervisor.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift. 
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
