Millwright - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking Ag Millwrights for a project in Welcome, MN!

Millwrights will be changing a bucket elevator belt and replacing spouting within the grain handling facility. This position requires strict adherence to safety procedures, the ability to work in an industrial/agricultural environment, and the use of fire-retardant (FR) clothing at all times while on site.

Key Responsibilities
•    Remove and replace a bucket elevator belt according to manufacturer and project specifications.
•    Replace damaged or worn spouting with new components, ensuring proper alignment and secure installation.
•    Perform rigging, hoisting, and alignment of millwright equipment safely and efficiently.
•    Read and follow technical drawings, manuals, and supervisor instructions.
•    Conduct inspections and verify equipment is operating correctly after installation.
•    Utilize welding, cutting, and fabrication skills as needed for adjustments.
•    Follow all Valero site-specific rules, OSHA standards, and company safety policies.
•    Wear fire-retardant (FR) clothing, fall protection, and PPE as required.

Pay rate is $32/hour. Per Diem: $125 / day for all 7 days if the full schedule is worked. Schedule: Mon - Sun, 70h / week.
