Welder - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking a Certified Welder for a project in Sioux Falls, SD who specializes in welding bar joists, steel angle iron, and pour stops for structural steel projects.

The role requires precision, adherence to safety standards, and experience working in commercial/industrial construction environments.

Key Responsibilities
•    Weld bar joists, steel angle iron, and pour stops according to project specifications and drawings.
•    Fit, align, and secure metal components prior to welding.
•    Perform layout, cutting, grinding, and preparation of steel materials as needed.
•    Conduct welds in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead) using appropriate techniques.
•    Ensure all welds meet structural and quality standards.
•    Operate welding equipment, cutting torches, and hand/power tools safely.

Pay rate is $38/hour plus plus Per Diem: $130 / day for all 7 days. Schedule is Mon - Sat, 50h+ / week.

-OSHA 10 certification preferred
-AWS Certified Welder or equivalent
