Electrical Foreman

Trillium Construction is seeking Electrical Foremen for a project in Jacksonville, FL. 

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage crews on commercial electrical job sites
-Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
-Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
-Ensure all work is completed according to code, schedule, and safety standards
-Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and material tracking
-Train, mentor, and evaluate electrical apprentices and journeymen

Pay: $35+, depending on experience
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 40h+ / week

Qualifications
-Pre-employment screenings
-5+ years of commercial electrical experience
-Proven leadership skills with experience running crews
-Strong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety practices
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
