Trillium is now seeking Welders in the Boston, MA area! 

Trillium is seeking welders for full-time shop work in the Boston, MA area. This is a long-term hire with a fast-growing structural steel manufacturer and fabrication company. Candidates will be responsible to layout, fit and weld various structural steel components used in structural jobs, bridge work and other marine markets. Candidates must be able to handle, cut, process, fabricate and manipulate various types of steel according to prints. May be asked to utilize overhead cranes and other fabrication equipment. Must be able to work safely and productively while producing high quality steel.

Typical shifts will be Monday-Friday from 6AM- 3PM. Pay ranges from $22-26 DOE and how candidates fare on weld test. Weld test will be a simple plate test in FCAW and GMAW in 2 and 3 G on structural steel fillet welds. If hired on by the company full time, you will have to get certified in D1.1 and D1.5. Qualifications:
-Prior experience in MIG/Structural welding
-Be able to follow/read/interpret blueprints
-Required to wear PPE needed for the job
-Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
