Sourcing and Procurement Agent

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Sourcing and Procurement Agent in Bristol!

Are you a skilled negotiator with a passion for building strong supplier partnerships? We’re looking for a Sourcing Agent to take ownership of supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and ensure products meet the highest quality standards. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping production efficient, reliable, and ahead of market trends.

What You’ll Do:
-Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and lead times.
-Build and maintain strong partnerships to ensure a dependable supply chain.
-Manage purchase orders, track production, and ensure on-time delivery.
-Collaborate with internal teams to streamline procurement and resolve issues quickly.
-Stay ahead of market trends, supplier options, and cost-saving opportunities.

What You Bring:
-2–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
-Detail-oriented and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or related field.
-Professional certifications (CSCP, CPSM, CIPS) and multilingual skills are a plus.
