Project Manager

Trillium Construction is currently seeking a Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a leading HVAC and Plumbing contractor in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This company provides full-service HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and plumbing solutions for commercial, government, and industrial clients. Their expertise includes installation, maintenance, and repair, as well as preconstruction, BIM/VDC, and commissioning support. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and lasting client relationships, they are a trusted name in the industry.

Salary is $120,000 – $140,000 (based on experience). Travel: Paid travel plus company vehicle or vehicle allowance.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing needs.
-Procure subcontractors, tools, equipment, and materials.
-Direct and coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and project phases.
-Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
-Manage cost reports, billing, submittals, change orders, and project closeout documents.
-Lead project meetings and provide mentorship to assistant project managers.

Qualifications:
-Related experience in HVAC and/or plumbing construction projects (degree not required).
-Current driver’s license; state HVAC/Plumbing license a plus.
-Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
-Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
