Warehouse Worker

Wholesale distributor of industrial products in Auburn, MA has an immediate need for a dedicated Warehouse Worker!

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Schedule is 1st Shift, 7:00AM - 4:30PM/5:30PM. OT required after the shift as needed. Currently on OT. OT could be mandatory depending on volume of orders. Candidates must be willing to work OT as needed. Pay rate is $20.00–$25.00/hour (based on experience)/

Key Duties:
- Handle inventory tasks including picking, packing, and processing orders for shipment (internal and external).
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts) to manage and relocate materials safely.
- Assist with vehicle loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Support walk-in or scheduled pickups by providing friendly and accurate customer service.
- Maintain open communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform effectively in a fast-moving, multitask-oriented setting.
- Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Take on additional warehouse-related duties as needed.

Requirements:
- Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and stand for the majority of the shift.
- Willingness to work on-site during standard first-shift hours.

Preferred:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment and/or operating forklifts or overhead cranes is beneficial but not required.
