Capital Expenditures Master Planner
Trillium Professional is now seeking a Capital Expenditures Master Planner in Auburn Hills!
Responsibilities:
-Managing and maintaining capital expenditure tracking systems, including detailed financial forecasting and reporting spreadsheets.
-Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
-Preparing high-impact presentations for executive leadership
-Ensuring alignment between financial forecasts and actuals.
-A strong understanding of financial data and the ability to communicate insights clearly are essential for success in this position.
-Developing long-term strategies for engineering labs and shops.
-Outlining asset utilization to ensure efficient use of resources.
-Identifying future capital project needs to support growth and innovation.
-Breaking down budget requirements for maintenance and operations.
-Understanding funding allocation to ensure the area runs smoothly.
-Maintaining inventory of all engineering assets.
-Managing disposal projects for obsolete assets.
-Documenting new assets and ensuring they are properly tagged.
-Updating spreadsheets for SAP to reflect changes in asset status.

Requirements:
-This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
-Bachelor’s degree in related field
-A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
-Extensive knowledge of SAP
-Automotive development plan knowledge and experience
-Able to communicate effectively between Engineering stakeholders and Finance
Business acumen, assertiveness, and willingness to take risks and engage proactively in challenging situations
-Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
