Millwright

We are seeking a mechanically inclined millwright who is comfortable working across multiple job sites in the Lancaster/Mount Joy area.

This role will involve a variety of mechanical and welding-related tasks, supporting industrial and construction projects. While the initial assignment is expected to last three weeks, there is significant opportunity for ongoing, long-term work based on performance and workload.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with mechanical installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
-Perform light to moderate welding (stick and MIG preferred).
-Support pipe installation and hanging.
-Operate grinders, saws, and other hand/power tools.
-Perform demo work as needed.
-Safely operate forklifts and other equipment.
-Work both in the shop and at local field sites.
-Follow all company and site safety policies and procedures.

Schedule & Pay:
-$34 per hour, paid weekly.
-40–50 hours per week.
-Initial assignment: 3 weeks, with high potential for long-term work.

Qualifications:
-Prior millwright or mechanical experience required.
-Welding ability strongly preferred (MIG and/or stick).
-Ability to read and follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a crew.
-Forklift certification or experience a plus.
-Strong safety awareness and dependable work ethic.
