Facilities Engineer
Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Facilities Engineer for direct-hire!
We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to optimize the infrastructure and systems that keep our industrial manufacturing operations running efficiently and safely. This role is key to facility planning, design, and continuous improvement—covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, safety systems, and structural components. The Facilities Engineer supports production continuity, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives, reporting directly to the Director of Facilities and Maintenance.
What You’ll Do
-Facility Design & Projects – Lead improvements to facility systems and infrastructure, including renovations, utility upgrades, equipment installations, and space planning.
-Safety & Compliance – Partner with manufacturing, safety, and environmental teams to ensure reliability, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness.
-Maintenance Support – Collaborate with maintenance supervisors to strengthen preventive and corrective programs, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause solutions.
-Documentation & Efficiency – Maintain engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications. Monitor energy usage, driving cost savings and sustainability progress.

The schedule is on 1st shift. Annual salary is $85,000 - $95,000/year. Apply now!
What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Facilities Engineering (or related experience)
-3+ years in industrial facilities engineering or facilities management
-Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, water systems, and fire protection
-Familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, building codes, and environmental standards
-Project management and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit, Microsoft Office, and facility management systems
