Trillium needs a 3rd Shift Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Columbus OH!

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee 3rd Shift operations and guide a talented team of Facilities Maintenance Technicians. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who thrives on both fixing problems and developing people.
What You’ll Do:
As the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll:
-Lead and mentor a team of Facilities Maintenance Technicians, assigning tasks, setting goals, and ensuring accountability.
-Train and teach team members to strengthen their skills and performance.
-Perform and oversee repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural systems.
-Support the development and execution of preventative maintenance programs and operational procedures.
-Accurately document work orders, repair records, logs, and inventory tracking.
-Promote a safe workplace by ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and potential hazards are reported promptly.
-Partner with management to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce repair/maintenance costs.
-Work in a variety of environments—both indoors and outdoors. At times, you may be exposed to outside weather conditions, walk on slippery or uneven surfaces, or work in areas with loud noise levels. This role will also involve tasks in a professional office setting, requiring use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

What You’ll Bring:
-Proven maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural).
-Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
-Customer-focused approach with high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.
Schedule:
3rd Shift / 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Rate:
$25.00 – $28.00 per hour w/ 4% shift differential
