Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team.
This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on production equipment
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement timely solutions
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Collaborating effectively with production, engineering, and facilities teams to ensure continuous operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Schedule is 1st shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm. Pay range is $22 - $25/hour. Apply now!
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience of hands-on experience in industrial machine maintenance, facility maintenance or related fields
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Basic math skills and experience with measurement tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs., bend, stretch and perform various physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to be on call.
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience working with CNC machinery or automated systems
•Technical certification or vocational training related to maintenance, fabrication, or facility operations.
•Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
Work Environment & Schedule:
• Full-time position with potential for overtime.
• Factory floor setting with exposure to noise, machinery, and occasional heavy lifting.
• PPE provided and required.
