Electrician

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Journeyman Electrician on 1st Shift (Union) for a direct-hire placement!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm (with overtime and weekend availability as needed). Pay: Up to $42.85/hour, based on experience.

We’re seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our union team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code, performing electrical installations, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing a wide range of production and process equipment. You’ll support plant reliability through preventive maintenance and hands-on work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.

-Assemble, install, repair, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment (pumps, conveyors, bearings, etc.).
-Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery.
-Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues.
-Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
-Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify specifications.
-Perform welding, machining, fabrication, and parts rebuilding/refurbishing as needed.
-Maintain compliance with OSHA safety and health standards.
-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety, housekeeping, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
-Journeyman Electrician.
-Strong electrical background; mechanical and multi-skilled maintenance experience preferred.
-Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.
-Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.
