Cloud Architect

Trillium is looking for a Cloud Architect!

Cloud Architect to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud environments, particularly within large-scale healthcare settings. This role will be instrumental in driving secure, scalable, and integrated cloud strategies to support enterprise-wide data and application initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
-Architect and implement scalable cloud solutions (primarily Azure).
-Ensure integration with on-prem systems and EHR platforms (e.g., Meditech).
-Lead cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
-Work closely with internal teams on data security, performance, and compliance.
-Support HL7/FHIR integration between cloud platforms and hospital systems.

Must-Have Skills:
-5+ years of recent experience in healthcare IT infrastructure.
-Strong Azure foundation and hands-on experience with cloud design.
-Working knowledge of HL7, FHIR standards.
-Experience with ServiceNow in cloud environments.
-Familiarity with Meditech and large hospital systems integration.
