Machine Operator
We’re partnering with a leading manufacturer to hire an entry-level to experienced Blow Molding Operator for a direct hire, day shift role in Franklin Park, IL.
Pay range $24-$26/hr. DOE. Shift time is 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Rotating Schedule.
Key Responsibilities for the Blow Molding Operator:
-Operate and maintain blow molding (Uniloy, Bekum) and injection molding machines
-Perform quality checks, troubleshoot processes, and conduct minor repairs
-Assist with equipment installation, mold/line changeovers, and process improvements
-Maintain production and quality reports
—Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and company procedures
Support cross-training and interdepartmental tasks

Blow Molding Operator Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-5+ years in industrial processing or maintenance preferred
-Technical training in injection/blow molding a plus
-Basic mechanical, electrical, computer, and math skills
-Ability to read technical documents and follow instructions
-Must be forklift certified within 60 days
-Willingness to work overtime and weekends
