Trillium Professional is now seeking a Recruiter in CA!

Responsibilities:
-Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and recommend effective hiring strategies.
-Manage high-volume recruitment of hourly associates in designated areas.
-Source candidates using a variety of channels to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
-Support the full recruitment process: post jobs, manage candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conduct pre-screens, schedule interviews, and close roles.
-Build and maintain proactive sourcing plans to improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
-Leverage all available sourcing tools—networking, social media, diversity partnerships, referral programs, job fairs, and more.
-Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers through clear communication and efficient process execution.
-Share recruitment best practices and process improvements to enhance hiring outcomes.
-Keep hiring teams informed on recruitment trends and market insights.
-Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and EEO/ADA regulations.
-Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Minimum of 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or craft/trades environment.
-Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
-Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
-Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels.
-Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
-Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Problem-solver who works independently and takes initiative.
-Energetic, motivated, and results-driven.
-Willingness and ability to travel as needed for site visits, job fairs, team meetings, trainings, and events.
