Swiss CNC Machinist

Swiss Machinist needed in Elmhurst, IL! Direct Hire!

Our client is looking for a Swiss Machinist to add to their growing team! As a Swiss Machinist, you will be responsible for the set up and operation of 5-axis milling machines according to specifications on drawings, program sheets, instructions, and process sheets.  You will perform advance set-ups by mounting, aligning, and securing tooling, fixtures, attachments, and work pieces per set up instructions. 

The Swiss Machinist is a Direct Hire opportunity. Pay is based on experience with a range of $32-$34/hour with a 10% shift differential for 2nd and a 15% differential for 3rd! Generous benefits package included! Our client has openings on the following shifts, Monday - Friday:

1st: 6:00am – 2:30pm
2nd: 2:00pm – 10:30pm 
3rd: 10:00pm – 6:30am

Qualifications: 
- 3 – 5 years’ experience with Swiss machining. 
- Associates degree or technical school preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
- Experience/knowledge using precision measurement instruments and working/reading blueprints.
