Marketing Manager

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Marketing Manager in Dublin!

This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity for a proactive, results-oriented professional who can think strategically while also executing tactically. The ideal candidate will develop and deliver a marketing strategy to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales. This role requires technical understanding, creativity, and strong ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with company growth goals.
-Define target audiences, key messages, and channels.
-Create high-quality content: blogs, case studies, white papers, brochures, videos, and newsletters.
-Manage digital channels including website, SEO, SEM, and paid ads.
-Oversee website updates, SEO best practices, and performance tracking.
-Build and maintain social media presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
-Plan and run email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
-Drive lead generation campaigns and collaborate with sales to qualify leads.
-Maintain brand consistency across all content and platforms.
-Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
-Plan and manage trade shows and industry events, including promotion and follow-up.
-Manage marketing budget and measure ROI on all activities.
-Track and report campaign performance, providing insights and optimization.

Schedule is 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Salary is $75,000-95,000 annually DOE.

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, OR 8–10 years’ relevant experience.
-8–10 years B2B marketing experience, ideally in technical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
-Skilled in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
-Proven ability to create compelling marketing content with portfolio examples.
-Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
-Able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
-Self-driven and comfortable working independently within a small team.
-Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
-Familiarity with ultrasonic welding or related manufacturing technologies a plus.
