Warehouse Worker
A growing metals company has an ASAP need for two Warehouse Workers with Forklift experience in Buford, GA!
As a Warehouse Operator, you will engage in the day-to-day staging, packing, & picking material for shipping using equipment.
Schedule is 6:00-2:00PM (paid lunch). Pay rate is $21.44/ hour, (bump to $22.57 after 4-6 mos.) This is a temp-to-hire after 520 hours worked.
Job Responsibilities
- Pick and stage material for customer orders
- Break down bulk products into smaller customer-specific orders
- Package material to order requirements
- Operate a sit-down or side-loader forklift to move materials
- Print and apply labels
- Maintain productivity for finished goods
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Forklift experience required (minimum 1 year) – certification will be provided on site
- Must pass skills assessment (basic math, reading, measurement, problem-solving)
- 1+ year of related work experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.
-Successful candidates will also take part in a registered apprenticeship program during onboarding
