IT Support Specialist
Local company is looking for a qualified candidate to provide information support for all offices and field applicants.
IT Support Specialist must be able to effectively perform the following task:
-Operates IT help desk and efficiently works through all open tickets.
-Setup and configure new equipment and software.
-Manage the Antivirus Server and Windows Update Server
-Use Remote control software to support personnel.
-Maintain dept. documentation.
-Give basic training.
-Attend webinars, conferences, and educational opportunities.
Hours are 7am-4pm. Annual salary is $57,000 - $62,00 a year. Apply now!
IT Support Specialist shall have the ability to utilize the following tools and technologies:
-IT Management Systems
-iOS devices
-Windows OS
-Microsoft 365
-CAD/BIM software
-WSUS
-Printer Management
-WIFI, VON
-Linux
-Active Directory
-Information Security
-Telephone Systems
-Printers, Copiers, Scanners
Other skills:
-Ability to use basic tools
-Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
-Ability to use ladders.
-Valid driver’s license, insurance and automobile.
