Crane Mechanic - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking Heavy Crane Mechanics in the Midland/Odessa Region for a direct-hire opportunity!

Pay is based on Experience $30 - $48/hour, Based upon experience, plus per diem of lodging & $50/day or $100/day paid 7 days.

Company service trucks will be provided. Lots of hours with rotational type of schedule available. The weekly schedule is a minimum of 5-10’s. Rotation is subject to the needs of the candidate. Pay will be discussed upon Interview, and Acceptance of the job. Start Date 09/02/2025.

Employer offers Health insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, Retirement Plan. Domestic travel will be required. 

If you have Heavy Equipment Experience, or Mid-Level Experience working on Caterpillar, Kobelco, or John Deere Heavy Equipment, please apply.

-Candidates will be required to have previous experience working on or with Liebherr or similar equipment.
-Will need to have mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting experience on LICCON, Lydia, and related systems.
-Candidates must understand schematics, Hydraulics, operator, and parts manuals as well as technical drawings.
-Candidates must have a valid Driver’s License and a good driving record.
-Candidates must also be able to pass all pre-employment screenings upon hire.
