Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Trillium has an immediate opening for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Richmond!
This direct-hire position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled paralegal with a background in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will display superior communication abilities, a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of intricate real estate transactions, including loan closings, while providing comprehensive support to attorneys as needed.
• Manage the due diligence process, including the creation and maintenance of due diligence checklists.
• Assist in preparing real estate documents, exhibits, and schedules, and facilitate closings as required.
• Review and analyze title documents, legal property descriptions, and surveys; prepare title and survey summaries; identify and propose title endorsements, recommend modifications or removal of title exceptions, and liaise with title companies to resolve title insurance and closing condition matters.
• Handle post-closing issues, including organizing and distributing closing binders.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (37.5-hour work week).
Salary range is $70,000 - 90,000+ depending on experience. Great direct hire opportunity offering full benefits package, paid time off, insurance, and 401K!

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years’ experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate transactions
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
