Construction Scheduling Manager

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Scheduling Manager in Columbus!

We’re seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to join our Construction Engineering team. In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of scheduling best practices, manage the Oracle Primavera Cloud database, support pre-bid and baseline schedules, and monitor project timelines. Your expertise will keep projects on track through training, schedule audits, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the Oracle Primavera Cloud database structure and support estimating and project teams with schedule development
-Create and deliver a schedule of training for our Project Engineering and Estimating staff, fostering professional growth
-Interface with internal teams, subcontractors, and design engineers to develop project schedules and monitor resource allocation
-Conduct regular reviews of project schedules, analyze the critical path, and compare progress to on-site realities to ensure timely project delivery
-Audit schedules and issue alerts on potential problem areas, supporting the project team’s real-time decision making
-Collaborate on Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and contribute to the development of change orders and claims
-Generate project forecasts and variance reports, providing documentation that supports strong project management

Salary range is $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience Great direct hire opportunity offering full benefits package, paid time off, insurance, and 401K!

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
-5+ years of experience in project scheduling (heavy highway construction background is preferred, transportation and heavy civil construction will be considered as well)
-Strong proficiency in Oracle Primavera Scheduling Software (especially Oracle Primavera Cloud) is a plus
