Electrical Department Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for an Electrical Department General Manager in Weston, WI to work for an established HVAC company!

Qualified candidates will oversee all aspects of the company’s electrical operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Duties:
-Oversee all operations of the Electrical Department, including commercial and residential electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work.
-Collaborate with the HVAC team to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems in HVAC projects.
-Lead, manage, and develop a team of electricians, foremen, project managers, and support staff.
-Manage department P&L; ensure profitability through accurate estimating, job costing, and resource allocation.
-Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to code and quality standards.
-Implement and uphold company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance (e.g., NEC, OSHA).
-Forecast resource needs, procure materials and tools, and oversee subcontractor performance.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and electrical codes.

Qualifications:
-Valid WI Masters License required
-5+ years of experience bidding and managing jobs
-Strong knowledge of electrical codes, systems, and integration with -mechanical systems.
-Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-Proficient in project management software, estimating tools, and MS Office Suite.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications.
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
