Roofing Foreman - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking a Roofing Foreman for a project in Bozeman, MT!

The Foreman will assist & oversee installations of sheet applied air barriers or sheet applied waterproofing to roofs and walls to control air leakage and moisture movement.

Pay rate is up to $38/hour with lodging plus $60 / day per diem for all 7 days. Schedule: 50h / week.

Qualifications
-5+ years minimum experience with commercial hot roofing
-American Hydrotech Certification or equivalent
-Hot applied reinforced rubber system certification
-Prefer brand certification for EPDM and/or TPO. For PVC, Sika, Sarnifil, or equivalent.
-3+ years running jobs, crews, and meeting warranties (Required)
-PMMA or PUMA approved installer, experience with major brands like Hydrotech, Sika, Trendy, etc…) or relevant experience.
-OSHA 30 (Required)
-Ability to Commute Within 10 hours of Bozeman, projects throughout MT, some in ID
-Willingness to travel for a period of 1-day to three weeks.
-Experience with waterproofing and damp proofing techniques and materials
-Experience with flat roofing to include EPDM/TPO/PVC and other specialty project materials
-Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
-Ability to prepare surfaces and apply waterproofing products
-Experience with premium waterproofing products such as American Hydrotech, GCP, GMX/Garland, Tremco, Sikka, WR Meadow, Henry, PolyGuard, Dow, and DuPont
