Business Systems Analyst
Trillium Professional is now seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Richmond!
Responsibilities:
-Perform all tasks related to business analysis, conduct analysis, determine problems, identify business needs, elicit requirements, and manage stakeholders to meet business and project objectives. During execution, they facilitate the implementation of the Product, service, or result of the project.
-Act as the link between the Business Owner and the technical IT team.
-Define project scope and risk analysis.
-Facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer between stakeholders and the development team.
-Track metrics like user adoption and engagement to identify areas for improvement.
-Facilitate and/or participate in user acceptance testing and business validation discussions and meetings.
-Help break requirements (or user stories) into Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
-Help development team understand bigger picture.
-Convert business requirements into business process flows and functional requirements.
-Create deliverables such as: Business Requirement Documents, Context Diagrams, Dateflow Diagrams, Business Cases, Decision Briefs, Current and future State Diagrams, Process Diagrams, Test Cases and/or Scripts, Training and Education materials, Requests for Proposals
-Evaluate and test developed solutions to ensure compliance with requirements

-Experience with Business Process Flow documentation
-Knowledge of Different Tools and Techniques for Business Analysis
-Experience with both Waterfall Methodology
-Facilitation skills
-CBAP Certification
-Technical knowledge
-Strong Communication Skills
-Product Management
