Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Production Scheduler for a Direct Hire role in Vassar, MI!

Pay Rate $17-$20 Based on experience.

Production Scheduler Responsibilities:
-Excel-Based Production Tracking: Create, update, and link complex Excel spreadsheets for production data and inventory; ensure all entries are accurate and well-organized.
-Scheduling & Inventory Management: Maintain production schedules, monitor inventory levels and supplies, and coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
-Customer Communication: Provide daily updates to customers regarding order status, production timelines, and needs while ensuring a positive experience.

Production Scheduler Requirements:
-Excel Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, linking sheets, restoring data); attention to detail is a must.
-Manufacturing & ERP Experience: Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment, with experience using ERP systems.
-Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external customers via phone, email, and webcam.

Preferred Experience:
-2+ years in customer service
-2+ years in inventory management
-Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
