Welder

Trillium Construction is seeking Millwright Welders for a project in Portsmouth, VA.

Key Responsibilities
•    Rig, move, set, and align industrial machinery and equipment.
•    Install, repair, and maintain gearboxes, motors, pumps, valves, conveyors, and other rotating equipment.
•    Perform precision alignment using dial indicators or laser alignment tools.
•    Assemble and install structural steel packages as needed.
•    Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
•    Operate aerial lifts, forklifts, and rigging equipment safely.
•    Perform welding/fabrication (if qualified, SMAW 7018 test required).

Pay rate is up to $35/hour. Schedule is Mon - Sun, 60h / week. Apply now!

Required Certifications: 
- OSHA 10
- Aerial Lifts (Scissor, Boom)
- TWIC Card

Preferred Certifications:
- Confined Space
- First Aid
- Fork Lift
- NCCER
