Field Superintendent - Per Diem Offered

Trillium is seeking a Field Superintendent with experience in conveyor or material handling systems for a contract role supporting a FedEx facility reconfiguration in Wichita Falls, TX.

Starting ASAP until the end of September. This is a hands-on, field leadership position overseeing mechanical installers and ensuring successful layout and installation of conveyor systems. The first 1–2 weeks will include on-the-job training with an existing superintendent before taking full responsibility for the project through completion.

Responsibilities
-Supervise mechanical installation crews on-site
-Oversee layout and installation of conveyor/material handling systems
-Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
-Coordinate with project managers and report on daily progress
-Read and interpret mechanical drawings and system layouts
-Maintain site safety and quality standards

Hourly pay is up to $45/hr with potential overtime. Per diem: $120-$150 a day and travel pay is included.

Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Field Superintendent or Foreman in conveyor/material handling installations
-Strong mechanical background; millwright experience required
-Ability to manage crews and meet project deadlines
-Excellent communication and on-site leadership skills
-Willingness to work 60 hours/week, including Saturdays
-Must be able to travel to Wichita Falls, TX for the duration of the project
-Comfortable with 1–2 phone or video interviews as part of the selection process
