Mechanical Engineer

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Mechanical Engineer for direct-hire in Fenton!

Join a dynamic manufacturing team focused on designing, optimizing, and supporting stainless steel tote solutions. This hands on position involves engineering design expertise to deliver precision-engineered systems tailored to customer specifications. You will also directly engage with clients to ensure their requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
-Design custom tote systems based on customer specifications
-Utilize GD&T to maintain rigorous design standards
-Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate and improve product performance
-Create and interpret manufacturing schematics
-Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot engineering issues
-Engage with customers to address inquiries and provide design resolutions
-Support CNC machining operations with technical specs and guidance
-Assist with pricing estimations for newly designed components or products

Compensation & Benefits
-$85,000–$100,000k annual salary

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
-Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and precision design
-Proficiency in GD&T, CAD, and FEA tools
-Preferred experience with CNC machinery and machining processes
-Skilled in customer communication and problem-solving, with strong root-cause analysis abilities
