Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant needed for food  product and services distributor in Streetsboro!

Schedule is Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm. $25 per hour  based on experience.The ability to multitask and switch gears from task to task is essential. Company benefits are provided and 75% are covered by employer! rare opportunity o join a company that cares about  and invests into their employees! 

Duties include but are not limited to- 
*  The ability to learn custom databases and proprietary systems- excellent PC skill are a MUST- training is provided for the custom systems 
*  Self-starter, motivated and have the ability to manage your own time and projects with little supervision

-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
-Computer savvy/PC Skill and customer service skills a must!!
-Must have relevant experience, preferably in a distribution center setting
-Experience with or ability to learn how to process purchase orders, invoices and essential billing functions, not limited to accounts payable and receivable. 
-Excellent customer service and communication skills via email and phone.
