Field Services Supervisor
Trillium Drivers is now seeking a Field Services Supervisor (Temp-to-Perm) in Bradenton, FL!
Annual salary is $58,600 per year. This is a full-time position working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
We’re hiring a Field Services Supervisor for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established company. In this role, you’ll lead a crew responsible for assembly, delivery, warranty repairs, and cart services. If you’re a hands-on leader with a focus on service and team development, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
-Supervise and schedule daily field service operations
-Coach, mentor, and support field team members
-Coordinate service calls and truck scheduling
-Ensure team safety and compliance with company policies
-Deliver top-notch customer service and resolve issues
-Track performance and generate reports

What We’re Looking For:
-High school diploma or GED
-1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or related field role
-Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
