Quality Manager
Trillium Construction is hiring Traveling QA/QC Managers for Data Center projects. This is a direct hire opportunity.
The QA/QC Manager will support the development and execution of quality assurance standards, procedures, and reporting at both the project and divisional levels. This role is hands-on and travel-intensive, working closely with project teams to ensure installations meet defined quality expectations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in developing and refining quality assurance standards and continuous improvement processes
-Understand and interpret project specifications, design documents, and quality requirements
-Create and implement project-specific QA/QC plans in coordination with the project team
-Manage deliverables across all levels of QA/QC (L1–L3), testing, and commissioning (CX) coordination
-Collaborate with the commissioning team to support and complete L4 and L5 CX activities
-Train and evaluate on-site QA/QC staff, and support onboarding and ongoing field training
-Coordinate and document quality reviews with project teams and submit findings to management
-Conduct field inspections of electrical equipment and installations
-Maintain accurate QA/QC reporting through project software and internal platforms
-Work proactively with the team to ensure installations are completed correctly the first time
-Provide on-site QA/QC oversight and reporting throughout the construction process
Salary starting at $90,000+ depending on experience and all travel expenses covered.

Qualifications:
-5–10 years of recent electrical experience in commercial or industrial construction
-Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/QC or commissioning of electrical systems
-Proficient with industry-standard QA/QC and commissioning software
-Strong understanding of electrical construction standards, systems, and installations
-Prior data center project experience preferred
-Electrical field experience is a plus but not required
-In-depth knowledge of construction disciplines and quality practices
-Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
-Must pass background check, MVR (if driving is required), and drug screen as applicable
