Maintenance Millwright Helper

Trillium Construction is currently hiring Mechanically Inclined candidates with fabrication and/or electrical experience for a Direct Hire position near Fredericksburg, VA.

Candidates will be working in a shop environment, assisting with the assembly and crating of large Commercial and Industrial compressors and generators.

Mechanic I: Pay $20-$23/hour based on experience
Mechanic II: Pay $24-$28/hour based on experience

-Mechanic I: Requires Basic mechanical skills, ability to follow directions, and interest in growing in this position.
-Mechanic II: Candidates must have verifiable mechanical and fabrication experience, be able to follow directions and work independently. Candidates will need to have a basic understanding of drawings, some MIG Welding experience and pipe threading knowledge. 
-Forklift Experience or Certifications a plus!
